What is Hornet Ball or Rhino Ball Video

“Hornet Ball” and “Rhino Ball” are the names of a famous yearly compilation of videos of F-18 hornet fighter jet action  produced by LT Joseph “C-Rock” Stephens, an Instructor WSO with the VFA-122 Flying Eagles.

The Hornet Ball is an annual celebration of the U.S. Navy’s Pacific Fleet strike-fighter aviation community, and involves five Carrier Air Wings and twenty-one F/A-18 squadrons. The event recognizes and honors the achievements of squadrons serving aboard aircraft carriers and those who have recently returned from deployment.

Each year, an aviator compiles a video that commemorates the past year’s events.
