The Cessna plane crashed under unknown circumstances.
Five occupants died, the status of the sixth occupant is unknown.
The journalist explained that the plane was model Cessna 206, initials YV-1801
He Further added that there were three colonels and a sergeant major aboard the aircraft.

Accident, 4 soldiers and 1 pilot in the plane lost their lives, one person was taken to hospital as wounded said.
The aircraft belongs Aerotransporte La Montaña.
The officials were assigned to the Integral Defense Zones (Zodi) in Bolívar.

Officials of Civil Protection confirmed that two people died and three were injured in the air accident occurred at noon on Monday.
A plane Cessan 206, acronym YV 1801, belonging to the company La Montaña Airplanes, rushed ashore a few miles from the airport of Santa Elena de Uairén.
The accident was recorded in the town of Gran Sabana, south of Bolívar when the five crew members, of which four were military personnel assigned to the Bolivar Integral Defense Zone (Zodi-Bolívar), were moving to the indigenous population of Maurak.
Although authorities did not disclose the name of the fatal victims, they only expressed that it was a colonel and a sergeant.
