According to the Spanish language newspaper canarias7 a Spanish Air Force F/A-18 Hornet fighter jet damaged after hitting a wall due to Technician mistake at Gando Airbase
On 28 June 2019 during the afternoon, a military plane F-18 suffered serious structural damage when hitting a wall.
The accident happened after an employee forgot to put the chocks on the wheels that should serve as a stop when taking off.

In the above video you can see that accident has caused serious damage, including one of the titanium nozzles, the horizontal stabilizer, and possible structural imbalances; some repairs in themselves costly.
According to Sources, it was a mistake of an employee of Airbus. A statement that more than pointing to the partner puts the focus on the lack of specialized personnel in the maintenance of these aircraft in Gando.
