Light aircraft crash landing on the beach at Sidmouth
In the above video, you can see a light aircraft that has made a crash landing /emergency landing on Jacobs Ladder beach near Sidmouth. The incident happened at 5 pm on Saturday.
No one is injured During a unique incident. “Two people were inside the plane at the time, but neither hurt.
According to pilots, the plane suffered engine trouble as it failed and forced his had t make an emergency landing on the beach, where people had to run out of the way.”
Reports say the plane will have to be dismantled on the beach to fix it but there could be issues with the tide coming in apparently but the tide is coming in.
Officers from Devon and Cornwall Police are believed to be at the scene. Officers are at the beach helping with the recovery of the aircraft.
