According to The smallest jet aircraft in the world is the home-built Bede BD-5J Microjet. The Below Video is Featuring Amazing Mini Airplanes/ Smallest Aircraft In The World which has pilot and engines

Here is the list of Top Five Smallest Aircraft in the world

1) Bede BD-5J Microjet

BD-5 is owned by Juan Jimenez of San Juan, Puerto Rico, USA, which weighs 162 kg (358 lb), is 3.7 m (12 ft) long, has a 5.7 m (17 ft) wingspan, and can fly at 483 km/h (300 mph). Fans of James Bond may recognize an earlier model of the BD-5J from “Octopussy,” in which 007 flew the BD-5 through an airport hanger. The updated model is also one of the world’s smallest planes.

2) Stits SA-2A Sky Baby

In 1952, the Stits SA-2A Sky Baby attempted to rule the skies as the world’s smallest airplane. After dialling in just 25 hours of flight time, the aircraft was retired. I guess to set a record like that, you really only need to fly it once. What really matters is the size: 10 feet long and a wingspan of just over seven feet.

3) Starr Bumble Bee II

Bumble Bee II was the world’s smallest piloted aeroplane. It was built by Robert H. Starr. Its first flight was on 8 May 1988. The Bumble Bee II crashed on the same day due to an engine failure. Robert Starr was seriously injured in the crash, but he fully recovered from his injuries.

4) Colomban Cri-cri

The Colomban Cri-Cri is the smallest twin-engined manned aircraft in the world, designed in the early 1970s by French aeronautical engineer Michel Colomban.

5) McDonnell XF-85 Goblin

The McDonnell XF-85 was designed by the U.S. Air Force toward the end of WWII. The plan for the XF-85 was that it could be deployed from another already inflight military aircraft, thus extending the fighting “range” of war planes like the XB-35 or B36.

Of course, to be stuffed into another plane, it had to not only be deadly but also extremely compact. The XF-85 prototypes were just under 15 feet in length and carried a wingspan of about 21 feet.

The XF-85 parasite aircraft program was cancelled after it was deemed that it lacked performance capability compared to some of the more popular jet fighters of the time.
