Portuguese Air Force/ Forca Aérea Portuguesa CASA C-295M damaged aircraft suffered nose gear collapse at Funchal-Madeira Airport.
There are no injuries in the incident.
In a statement, the Air Force said they had opened an investigation into the accident with the C-295M aircraft.

The EADS CASA C-295 is a twin-turboprop tactical military transport aircraft manufactured by Airbus Defence and Space in Spain, and the Indonesian Aerospace in Indonesia as CN-295.
