A Let L-410 aircraft crashed into Lake Yirol, South Sudan, 19 Dead. According to Minister in Eastern Lakes State 19 people died and two survived: a young child and a pilot.

One of the survivors, an Italian doctor working with an NGO, is in critical condition and undergoing surgery in Yirol Hospital, the minister said.
The plane crashed by a river and an eyewitness had earlier said bodies were recovered from the water.
Sources report that the operator was named “Baby Air”. The aircraft was owned by Slaver Company, Ukraine as of April 2018. It had been overhauled in 2016-2017 after having been stored for eight years.
