A training plane crashed in the Krasnodar Territory, a cadet pilot died, the Ministry of Defense reported.
The combat trainer L-39 crashed while performing a planned training flight, specified in the department, RIA Novosti report.
The flight L-39 was carried out without ammunition, added to the Ministry of Defense.
“In the area of the village of Dmitrievskaya, a light-engine training aircraft L-39, belonging to the Tikhoretsk branch of the Krasnodar Flight School, crashed. As a result, the pilot died, ”said the TASS interlocutor in emergency services.
Currently, search and rescue service specialists are sent to the crash site.
