Bad month For Indian Armed Forces: 5 Fighter jets crashed – 45+ troops dead & 40+ injured

On 14 February 2019, a convoy of vehicles carrying security personnel on the Jammu Srinagar National Highway was attacked by a vehicle-borne suicide bomber at Lethpora (near Awantipora) in the Pulwama district, Jammu and Kashmir, India. The attack resulted in the deaths of 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel and the attacker. See Details here: link

on February 17, 2019 An Army major was killed in an IED blast near the LoC in Jammu Kashmir’s Nowshera sector.

On February 19, 2019, Five Indian troops including major killed in IHK clash. Five people including Deputy Inspector General of Police Amit Kumar, a Lt Colonel and three soldiers were injured in an attack in the same area of Pulwama district.
